Using a coupon (promo code) to get a discount

💡 Do you have a coupon? Simply enter it into the designated field on the Cart or Checkout page to receive a discount. Promo codes can unlock free versions, discounts, special access or promotions.

🛒 Applying a coupon in the Cart #

1. Go to the Cart page (URL: /cart) after adding the product.

2. Scroll down below the product list — you will see a block labeled:

   Coupon code

3. Enter your code (e.g. DEXBOT) into this field.

4. Click the “Apply coupon” button.

5. If valid, the order total will automatically update — discount applied or product becomes free.

6. After applying — click the “Proceed to checkout” button to move to the next payment or activation step.

🧾 Applying a coupon at Checkout #

1. On the Checkout page (URL: /checkout), find the link:

   Have a coupon? Click to enter your code

2. Click that text — a coupon field will appear.

3. Enter your promo code (e.g. DEXBOT) and click the “Apply coupon” button.

4. The order total will recalculate — discount will appear in the summary.

5. Complete the checkout — you’re all set.

❓What to do if the coupon doesn’t work? #

• Make sure you entered the coupon code without spaces and with correct characters (Latin letters).

• Check the coupon expiration date — it may have expired.

• Ensure the coupon applies to your selected product (some codes work only for specific items or services).
