Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security for your account. Once enabled, you’ll need to enter a one-time code from an authenticator app in addition to your username and password when logging in. Even if someone steals your password, they cannot log in without the second factor.

🔍 Why is 2FA important? #

  • Protects your account even if your password is compromised.
  • Improves overall account security.
  • Highly recommended for administrator accounts.

⚡ How to enable Two-Factor Authentication? #

  1. Go to User Dashboard → 2FA on the website.
  2. Install an authenticator app on your phone:
    • Google Authenticator
    • Authy
    • Microsoft Authenticator
  3. Scan the QR code shown in your 2FA settings.
  4. The app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter it in the activation field.
  5. Click Activate to enable 2FA.
  6. Save your backup codes in a safe place for account recovery.

🔑 How to log in with 2FA? #

  • Enter your username and password.
  • Then enter the 2FA code from your app.
  • The code refreshes every 30 seconds.

📌 Important! #

  • Keep your backup codes safe.
  • If you lose access to the app, use a backup code or contact support.
  • You can disable 2FA anytime in the dashboard by clicking “Deactivate”.
