Each DEXBOT license is linked to a specific device (or server) where it was activated. This is done to protect against unauthorized use.


🔍 When is a device reset needed? #

  • You tested locally and then moved the bot to a server.
  • You changed hosting or the server.
  • The system changed the device ID after updates or configuration changes.
  • The bot stopped working due to environment changes.

⚡ How to reset a device? #

  1. Log in to your account on the website.
  2. Go to the My Licenses section.
  3. Find your license.
  4. Click the “Reset Device” button.
  5. Confirm the action — a message will appear: “Are you sure you want to reset the device?”.
  6. After reset, activate the license on the new device.

📌 Important! #

  • After reset, the old binding is removed.
  • If the button is unavailable or you encounter issues — contact support.
  • The number of resets may be limited by your plan or terms of use.
  • Reset is intended for migration, not for simultaneous use on multiple devices.
