📄 Digital Product Return Policy

According to current legislation, digital goods provided electronically (including licensed software) are not subject to return after access has been granted or a license has been activated, unless otherwise specified by the seller.

We value the trust of our users and are willing to make exceptions. Therefore, we offer a partial refund under the conditions outlined below.

 

🔁 Return Conditions

  • Request period: within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Refund amount: 50% of the purchase amount (excluding payment processing fees).
  • License types:
    • 📌 Lifetime license — refundable within 14 days; the license will be remotely deactivated and annulled.
    • Time-limited license — also refundable within 14 days; the remaining duration will be remotely revoked.
  • Valid reasons for refund:
    • The product did not meet expectations
    • The software did not function properly despite technical support
    • Other valid reasons approved by our support team

 

📬 How to Request a Refund

Please contact us at support@dexbot.vip and include the following:

  • Order number,
  • License type,
  • Activation key,
  • Refund details (USDC wallet),
  • Reason for refund.

After reviewing your request, we will deactivate the license and process the refund.

 

⚠️ Limitations

  • No refunds will be granted after 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Licenses transferred to third parties are not eligible for a refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund in case of abuse of the return policy.
